For the management of the development department with responsibility for prototype construction, we are looking for a
R&D Director (m/f/o) for Automotive Components
Tasks:
- Leading the development and prototyping of ball joints, suspension bushings and shock absorbing products.
- Research and application of new materials to improve product performance and reliability.
- Optimizing R&D processes through systematic and process-oriented management, increasing team efficiency and product quality.
- Managing and training the R&D team to ensure technical expertise and alignment with business objectives.
- Working closely with the production, quality and marketing departments to ensure smooth project progress and market success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- At least ten years of experience in the research and development of automotive components
- Experience in the development of ball joints, suspension bushings and shock absorbing products.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams with excellent management and leadership skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Extensive knowledge of new materials and advanced technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
