Tasks:
- Ensuring the availability of partially and fully automated production systems during ongoing shift operation
- Monitoring and ensuring smooth and process-compliant interaction of the production control systems (PLC, robots, production control system)
- Carrying out and documenting complex changes and repairs as well as software maintenance and updates to machine control systems and processing programs
- Analyzing and rectifying faults on machines and systems
- Creating technical work instructions
- Carrying out preventive maintenance on electrical components of machines, systems and devices
- Repairing electrical control systems and individual components on injection molding machines
- Responsible for the installation, modification and maintenance of automation technology systems at automation level
Requirements:
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g. electronics technician, mechatronics technician, automation technician) with appropriate further qualification
- Professional experience in maintenance and in dealing with partially and fully automated production systems
- Very good knowledge of SAP-R3, Excel and Windows
- Knowledge of camera technology is an advantage
- Good ability to work under pressure
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Independent, systematic and methodical way of working
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to undergo continuous further training
