Complaints processing employee (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Independent processing of customer complaints using structured problem-solving methods (e.g. 8D report), including root cause analysis (e.g. Ishikawa, 5-Why), and definition of suitable corrective and preventive measures in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Processing supplier complaints, including initiating and monitoring the implementation of measures
  • Sustainable review of the effectiveness of measures introduced to prevent repeat errors
  • Planning and implementation of product audits in accordance with VDA 6.5 as part of the audit program
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of requalification tests in accordance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements
  • Supporting production in the series process with quality-relevant decisions, e.g. in the event of product or process deviations, including blocks and releases
  • Maintenance and further development of quality-relevant documents within the scope of change management (e.. test instructions, test plans)
     

Requirements:

  • Completed technical vocational training or technical studies
  • First practical experience in quality management or in quality-related areas, ideally in the automotive or supplier industry is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of complaints processes and problem-solving methods (e.. 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) as well as knowledge of norms and standards such as IATF 16949, VDA modules or ISO 9001 are an advantage
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Resilience and solution-oriented action in challenging situations
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Good written and oral communication skills in German
  • Confident use of written and spoken English to communicate with customers and suppliers
